How do I get to Disneyland Paris from the hotel?
Hôtel de Pourtalès is located approximately 1 hour from Disneyland Paris. You can reach it via RER A (direct line from Madeleine station, 2 minutes from the hotel) or book a private chauffeur-driven shuttle through our concierge. We also arrange ticket purchases and optimized itineraries for families.
Is the hotel suitable for a family stay visiting Disneyland?
Yes, our spacious family suites (up to 345 m² for 8 people) with equipped kitchens are ideal. Complete Welcome Baby equipment, breakfast served until 1:00 PM, and concierge service to organize your days at Disneyland and in Paris.

Yes, breakfast can be served directly in your suite until 1:00 PM, allowing you to extend the pleasure of waking up without time constraints.

Can we organize a private event at the hotel?
Yes, Hôtel de Pourtalès offers two signature spaces: the Sky Penthouse (367 m² with rooftop) and the Garden Duplex (345 m² with terrace and garden). Cocktails, dinners, meetings, showrooms, launches, or photo shoots are possible.
What is the capacity for an event?
The Sky Penthouse accommodates up to 50 people for a cocktail reception or 16 for a seated dinner. The Garden Duplex can host up to 90 people for a cocktail reception or 40 for a seated dinner.
