An international private chef since 2017, Gaston Savina crafts a refined, signature French cuisine, always guided by the seasons, his mood, and the inspiration of the moment.

His approach blends nostalgia and innovation, with dishes that appear simple yet are precise, striking, and deeply emotional.

Shaped by a childhood spent between fishing, foraging, and the vegetable garden, he places the right ingredient at the heart of everything and turns each meal into an elegant, sensitive shared experience.
